Kenneth Woodall
After serving as Director for one of the nation’s largest counseling organizations, where he re-designed the counseling program maximizing acceptances to elite universities, Kenneth Woodall founded Meridian Prep and Meridian Foundation to support students navigating higher education.
After mentoring hundreds of high achieving students who have transitioned to successful careers in fortune-500 companies in technology, medicine, engineering, private equity, finance, media, Kenneth launched mentorship programs in underrepresented communities such as MIAPMed.org. Seeing the potential for global impact by bridging students and professionals to address critical social issues, Woodall founded EatTheElephant.org.
By connecting industry and educational leaders with student groups across the US, Woodall champions socio-economic equity through community engagement and development. His vision centers on empowering future leaders by identifying pressing needs in underserved areas, developing effective, real-world solutions, and implementing proactive strategies. The tangible outcomes are greater access to quality education, healthcare, and meaningful careers. Kenneth’s leadership is characterized by a proactive, hands-on commitment and a pragmatic drive to achieve impactful results.


At SWA Group, Pavel designed and consulted on numerous international award-winning projects, including Anaheim’s ARTIC and diverse mixed-use developments across North America and Asia, earning him multiple international accolades. Beyond his professional success, Pavel is deeply committed to developing future leaders, evidenced by his mentorship of students and his successful initiative in raising corporate funding to send a cohort of undergraduates to China to design a significant multi-use project in Shanghai. This passion for guiding the next generation now extends to his role as a board member of Eat The Elephant (ETE), where he leverages his extensive industry experience to mentor students tackling critical infrastructure issues.
Following his impactful work at SWA, Pavel earned his Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, where his innovative LEED-certified design for a Miami development won the prestigious ULI Hines competition. As a leader in Real Estate Development, he has underwritten and consulted on significant multi-million dollar development projects for major retail, hotel, and corporate clients.
This practical understanding of complex development projects informs his guidance to ETE students as they develop solutions for pressing infrastructure challenges.
Farid Muhammad
Farid Muhammad drives the execution of groundbreaking aerospace initiatives, leading high-performing teams in the development and deployment of next-generation spaceflight technologies. His work centers on mission-critical projects that push the boundaries of human access to space, demanding rigorous precision and absolute discretion.
Farid was instrumental in the development and deployment of aircraft engine technology for Boeing, overseeing engineering and management teams. Beyond his career in Engineering, Farid founded technology companies that utilize customer-data to output customized advertising in the retail and e-commerce spaces. He sold his first company to a Fortune-500 public company.
At Eat the Elephant, Farid channels his extensive project management and engineering acumen, honed through complex aerospace endeavors and the successful scaling of his own technology ventures, to lead initiatives with a focus on tangible, impactful, and sustainable outcomes. His unique ability to bridge rigorous engineering principles with strategic business development offers a powerful lens for driving effective and lasting solutions.


RICHARD RYAN M. DIMLA, RN
Serving as the Director of Health Services for Santo Tomas and Barangay Council member, Richard Dimla is also a Registered Nurse (Hemodialysis) for Barangay Kagawad.
Richard actively serves the community as a Barangay Kagawad in Sto. Tomas Lubao, Pampanga, where they have been elected to help lead initiatives in health, safety, and public welfare. Combining healthcare expertise with a heart for public service, Richard advocates for accessible medical services, community wellness programs, and sustainable development at the grassroots level.
As a licensed and dedicated hemodialysis nurse with clinical experience in providing specialized care to patients with chronic kidney disease. Trained in managing dialysis procedures, patient education, and emergency interventions, Richard is known for a compassionate approach to nursing and a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Whether in the clinic or the barangay hall, Richard remains passionate about service, integrity, and making a positive impact in the lives of others.
Richard also serves as the International Coordinator for Eat the Elephant, overseeing the development of local initiatives. Through ETE, Richard has re-developed the town’s library facilities, deploying 100,000 Pesos to construct desks, computer stations, and a meeting hall for free public use. He leads training sessions for local residents to teach technology and healthcare.

Professor Raymond N. Senes, Jr. MLA Virginia Tech, BS University of Connecticut
An award-winning Landscape Architect, Urban Designer, and Professor at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, Raymond brings decades of experience to international development projects.
He has shaped the next generation of landscape architects through a wide range of undergraduate and graduate design studios and lectures. His innovative teaching methods and commitment to student success have been recognized with multiple Outstanding Faculty Awards (2016-2024) and the Glen Matsui Award for Dedication to Teaching Excellence (2021).
Beyond the classroom, Raymond has actively engaged in numerous professional initiatives and partnerships. He has collaborated with leading design firms and public agencies on diverse projects, from community development to urban design, both domestically and internationally. His expertise spans a wide range of areas, including:
- Community Design: Shaping residential and mixed-use spaces with a focus on connectivity and context.
- Urban Design: Contributing to the revitalization and enhancement of public spaces in cities like Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Washington D.C.
- Sustainable Design: Integrating ecological principles and water conservation into his projects.
- International Collaboration: Leading study abroad programs in Italy and engaging in research with prominent European design firms.
Raymond’s commitment to service extends to his involvement with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and his role as a National Judge for ASLA Awards Student Entries. His work has been recognized with numerous accolades, including a USA Today Design Award and awards from the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA).
Raymond brings extensive experience and passion for community-driven design to Eat The Elephant by serving as the lead faculty for our international project in Lubao, Philippines. He is spearheading the Cal Poly Pomona 4th-year undergraduate Capstone Studio in collaboration with the City Council of Santo Tomas to produce a detailed design book for the Lubao Redevelopment Project, ensuring that practical, sustainable, and culturally sensitive design solutions are developed for the local community.


Emercito Leonardo
Founder/CEO of EMKL Tiles, with extensive experience in regional housing developments, capable of handling labor, construction, materials ordering/shipping, and project management.
He has personally led the construction of over 20 structures in the Lubao region, including diverse projects such as single-family homes, commercial buildings, and government facilities, alongside various exterior private and public spaces. Emercito oversees Eat the Elephant’s infrastructure development from creating construction documents to ground-up construction. His work demonstrates a commitment to quality and a significant role in developing the infrastructure of the Lubao community.
